Testing Preview – Tuesday 1 March

So here we are already at the start of the second test, and this time the final pre-season test of the 2016 season.

With it looking like the status quo remains at the front, with Mercedes leading Ferrari, ahead of Williams, Red Bull and Force India, it falls to the midfield to bring a competition to this season. There seems to be plenty of ammunition there to be able to achieve it, with a new Manor backed by Mercedes and the new American Haas team looking like they could be real challengers in the midfield.

We also have the new Sauber on track for the first time today and have a first look at the Toro Rosso paintwork. The new Toro Rosso looks to have a very extreme design, so will be interesting to see what they do with it.

Mercedes – Rosberg/Hamilton
Ferrari – Kimi Raikkonen
Williams – Valtteri Bottas
Red Bull – Daniil Kvyat
Force India – Nico Hulkenberg
Renault – Kevin Magnussen
Toro Rosso – Max Verstappen
Sauber – Felipe Nasr
McLaren – Fernando Alonso
Manor – Rio Haryanto
Haas – Esteban Gutierrez
