Teams agree on Soft Tyre for Brazilian Grand Prix

Teams have agreed overwhelmingly on the soft tyre for next weeks Brazilian Grand Prix, the penultimate race of the season.

Pirelli announced months ago the tyre compounds for the race would be the soft, medium and hard compounds which constitute the hardest of the range.

Only Kimi Raikkonen, the two Force India drivers and Esteban Gutierrez are taking two sets of the hard tyre, with everyone else electing to take one. Many of the teams are also taking the same tyre choice for each of their drivers – Mercedes four medium and eight soft, Red Bull five medium and seven soft, with the same also at Sauber.

This weekend could be crucial, with Nico Rosberg being able to win the championship if he wins the race.
