Sauber has begun its recruitment drive after the buyout before the summer break, with the appointment of an new Head of Aerodynamics.
The team have appointed Nicolas Hennel de Beaupreau as new Head of Aerodynamics, who has previously worked at Lotus and McLaren and will start at the team imminently.
It follows the announcement they would be bought by the sports investment company Longbow Finance this summer which saw the departure of founder Peter Sauber, and are in a process of rebuilding after years of financial; instability which has seen both drivers and employees not being paid on time. It still leaves the team without a Technical Director though, with former Caterham designer Mark Smith leaving at the start of the season.
They have also appointed former Toro Rosso engineer Xevi Pujolar as Head of Track Engineering.
