Red Bull set February 26 as launch date

Red Bull have announced they will be launching their 2017 car the day before testing starts, the same day as sister team Toro Rosso will also be unveiling their new car.

The team will have an online launch on Sunday 26th February, while Toro Rosso will take the wraps off their new car in the pitlane in Barcelona, with both teams returning to Renault power for the 2017 season.

It is expected that Haas will do the same as Toro Rosso and unveil their new car over the weekend in Barcelona, while the remaining team Williams has yet to announce their plans. They have historically shied away from a formal launch, to only have a roll out of the garage on the morning of the test.

Starting next Monday with Sauber, a condensed schedule of launches will see all ten remaining teams unveil their cars in the following week, with testing starting in just two weeks time in Barcelona.
