Magnussen wins driver of the day accolade

Kevin Magnussen won the driver of the day vote in Russia after his first point finish of the season for Renault.

The Fan-Voted driver of the Award, introduced this season was given to the Dane after his drive from seventeenth on the grid to seventh by the finish, albeit helped by the accidents at the start which also assisted Lewis Hamilton.

Former winner of the award Romain Grosjean also got his third points of the season after a difficult start to the weekend for him.

It marks the return of Renault as a manufacturer, the first points for them since 2010.
