Pirelli have announced the tyre allocations for the Italian Grand Prix, to be held at Monza next weekend with the general trend returning of teams taking a majority of the supersoft tyre.
Unlike previous events through, there are more split strategies within teams, with six out of the eleven taking slightly different tyre allocations for each driver. Mercedes and Ferrari are both taking seven sets of the supersoft tyre, with slightly different soft and hard allocations for each driver, while of the leading group Red Bull are only taking six.
Haas has taken the most aggressive strategy, taking one set of the medium for Romain Grosjean, three of the soft and nine of the supersoft. His teammate Esteban Gutierrez will be taking two of the medium and two of the soft.
Once again Force India have gone slightly harder than many other teams on their allocation, taking three sets of the medium for each driver.
