Celis Jr to drive FP1 in Monza for Force India

Alfonso Celis Jr will drive in place of Nico Hulkenberg for the First Free Practice session in Monza this weekend.

The Force India development driver will take to the track for the fourth time this season, the first time since Austria in June, as well as testing at Barcelona in March.

Nico Hulkenberg and Sergio Perez gave the team a strong double points finish at Spa, with the long straights at Monza also expected to benefit them. It also comes at a time where the future of Sergio Perez is also under a cloud, failing to formally commit to the team for another season, with rumours he could be departing to Renault.
